Customers have the flexibility to either customize these ready-made AI Colleagues or design entirely new ones from scratch, all without requiring extensive development experience.
Leena AI boasts that companies can go live with fully automated, conversational AI systems that exhibit personality across numerous business roles in less than two weeks on average. These AI Colleagues are personified within the platform, each possessing a name, role, preferences, and memory, enabling them to learn, adapt, and function like human peers.
A key differentiator for Leena AI is its independent architecture, allowing its AI Colleagues to operate across various systems. Since the initial launch of AI Colleagues in July, nearly two-thirds of Leena AI’s customers have already migrated to the new personalized AI platform, with nearly complete migration anticipated within six months, excluding a few highly regulated clients. While Leena AI is starting with 20 out-of-the-box AI Colleague jobs, the company envisions a future where the most laborious tasks are automated, maximizing employee productivity and cutting back-office costs by over 70%.
