Kellton and E-Group ICT Partner to Establish Sovereign AI Ecosystem Under EU-India Framework

Hyderabad, India – September 10, 2025 – Kellton (NSE: KELLTONTEC) (BSE: 519602), a global leader in AI and digital transformation, has officially announced a strategic partnership with Hungary-based E-Group ICT Software Zrt. The two entities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly embark on a pioneering AI project, operating under the overarching EU–India Framework Agreement.

The core objective of this landmark collaboration is to establish a ‘sovereign, human-centric AI ecosystem’ and create an ‘AI Gigafactory.’ This initiative is designed to blend Europe’s strategic emphasis on AI sovereignty and trusted innovation with India’s profound technological expertise and robust delivery capacity.

As part of the MoU, Kellton will be instrumental in building capacity for advanced AI services through the creation of the ‘AI Gigafactory.’ The company will contribute its extensive expertise in software development, technology support, and specialized knowledge in areas such as AI, Generative AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. This integrated approach aims to deliver a comprehensive framework for AI, data processing, and cloud infrastructure that prioritizes transparency, security, and long-term resilience.
