Jurny and Visual Matrix Forge Alliance to Automate Hotel Operations with Advanced AI

TLDR: Jurny, an agentic AI company for hospitality, and Visual Matrix, a leading property management system (PMS) provider, have announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to integrate advanced AI tools into over 3,000 hotels worldwide, enabling fully autonomous front desk operations, streamlining services, and significantly enhancing guest experiences through features like contactless check-in, real-time messaging, and voice-activated AI.

In a significant move poised to redefine the hospitality landscape, Jurny, a pioneer in agentic AI solutions for the hotel industry, has formalized a partnership with Visual Matrix, a prominent property management system (PMS) provider. This collaboration, announced via a Letter of Intent (LOI), is set to revolutionize hotel operations by integrating Jurny’s cutting-edge AI tools directly into the Visual Matrix PMS environment, impacting over 3,000 hotels and more than 300,000 rooms globally.

The core objective of this alliance is to deliver fully autonomous front desk operations and next-generation guest services, thereby streamlining hotel processes and elevating customer satisfaction. The initial phase of the integration will introduce a suite of powerful AI-driven functionalities, including contactless mobile check-in and checkout, real-time guest messaging, robust identity verification, and revenue-generating upsells. Furthermore, the system will feature AI-powered inbox consolidation, a website-integrated virtual concierge, and automated upgrade options, all designed to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.

Looking ahead, Phase II of the integration will incorporate Jurny’s voice-activated AI, promising to further innovate and enrich guest experiences. This advanced technology is designed to autonomously manage complex tasks, ranging from responding to guest inquiries across multiple communication channels to executing backend processes such as room upgrades and identity verification. By embedding these capabilities directly into the Visual Matrix PMS, hotels can ensure every interaction is seamless, personalized, and highly efficient.

Patty Jefferson, Chief Development Officer at Visual Matrix, emphasized the profound benefits for their clientele, stating, “Partnering with Jurny gives our customers access to the most advanced, real-time guest engagement tools available, with minimal effort and immediate results. Hotels can now offer high-touch, personalized services without the need for additional staff.” This sentiment underscores the partnership’s ability to empower hotels to deliver enterprise-grade personalization and service quality without the necessity of expanding their teams, a crucial advantage amidst ongoing staffing challenges in the hospitality sector.

Luca Zambello, Co-founder and CEO of Jurny, highlighted the strategic importance and expansive reach of the collaboration: “Partnering with Visual Matrix brings the scale and reach to deliver truly autonomous operations to thousands of hotels at once. Together, we’re creating infrastructure that allows hotel teams to move faster, reduce manual tasks, and elevate the guest experience using next-gen agentic AI NIA.”

Unlike traditional legacy systems that often rely on static scripts or siloed tools, Jurny’s platform leverages agentic AI to act autonomously across the entire guest journey. This innovative approach allows the system to handle real-time complexities, acting as an ‘invisible teammate’ that manages routine processes, freeing hotel staff to focus on delivering exceptional human-centric hospitality. Industry insiders view this partnership as a transformative development, setting a new benchmark for service quality and operational excellence in the modern hospitality industry by aligning with the broader trend towards automation and digital transformation.
