ISG Celebrates Women’s Achievements in Technology with 2025 Asia Pacific Digital Awards

SYDNEY – Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, proudly announced the winners of its third annual ISG Women in Digital Awards for the Asia Pacific region on September 11, 2025. The virtual ceremony celebrated the remarkable achievements of women in technology roles across various sectors.

The awards program, a cornerstone of ISG’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, honored leaders from prominent organizations for their innovation, leadership, and advocacy in the digital space. Kimberly Tobias, partner at ISG and program leader of ISG Women in Digital, extended her congratulations, stating, “We were honored to receive nominations from across the region, highlighting the widespread success of women throughout Asia Pacific, and we are delighted to celebrate their achievements.”

Kath Cruz, Vice President of Operations at ResultsCX, received the prestigious Digital Titan of the Year award for Asia Pacific, recognized as the most outstanding woman in digital for 2025 among all regional nominees.

Gold winners were announced in six distinct categories:

Rising Star: Shereen Bajaj, Market Intelligence Analyst at Network Science, was recognized for demonstrating exceptional and continuous growth with increasing levels of leadership and impact.

Women’s Advocate: Anubha Bagui, General Manager at VOIS, was honored for her active role in guiding women to succeed in the digital world.

Digital Innovator: Shanthi Chandrasekar, CEO of Bahwan CyberTek Supply Chain Consulting, was celebrated for making a significant impact through creative use of digital solutions.

AI Champion: Nikita Tiwari, Senior Vice President, Head of AI and Analytics, Productized Services and GTM at WNS, was awarded for driving the strategic use of AI as a catalyst for business transformation.

Rock Star Leader: Kath Cruz, Vice President of Operations at ResultsCX, also secured a gold award in this category for leading a major transformation with significant business impact and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
