IQSTEL and ONAR Forge Alliance to Revolutionize Marketing with Advanced AI Agents

TLDR: IQSTEL and ONAR have expanded their strategic partnership to deploy an AI-driven, multi-agent operating infrastructure, aiming to transform traditional marketing through enhanced efficiency, real-time insights, and optimized client services. This collaboration leverages IQSTEL’s AI subsidiary, Reality Border, and its AIRWEB platform, providing dedicated AI agents for ONAR employees and client accounts.

Miami, FL – July 29, 2025 – ONAR Holding Corporation (OTCQB: ONAR), a rapidly expanding marketing technology firm, and IQSTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: IQST), a multinational telecommunications and technology company, have announced a significant expansion of their strategic partnership. This collaboration is set to revolutionize the marketing landscape through the development and deployment of a groundbreaking AI-driven, multi-agent operating infrastructure. The initiative, spearheaded by IQSTEL’s artificial intelligence subsidiary, Reality Border (IQSTEL Intelligence), aims to fundamentally transform how ONAR’s agency network operates, delivers client services, and drives performance optimization.

The core of this partnership involves the integration of IQSTEL’s AIRWEB AI agents, which will provide dedicated and secure AI assistants for every ONAR employee and client account. These text-based assistants are designed to empower ONAR’s commercial team with real-time insights, comprehensive campaign intelligence, and enhanced operational efficiency, all without requiring additional infrastructure.

Leandro Iglesias, President and CEO of IQSTEL, emphasized the strategic nature of this alliance, stating, “This is much more than a software deployment — it’s a strategic partnership. ONAR knows our capabilities well, having worked closely with us as a marketing partner. After witnessing the power of IQSTEL Intelligence — through AIRWEB.ai, IQ2Call.ai, and RealityBorder.com — they’ve chosen to deploy our AI technology to lead in the marketing arena. This validates our vision and shows how we are transforming industries with AI.”

Claude Zdanow, CEO of ONAR Holding Corporation, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the human-centric approach of the initiative: “This initiative is about amplifying human potential with AI—not replacing it. We are investing in intelligent systems that help our teams move faster, think smarter, and achieve superior outcomes for our clients. This interconnected network of AI agents fundamentally transforms how marketing agencies create value and scale their impact.”

The deployment of these AI agents is expected to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, enhance quality control, and provide real-time strategic insights, all while maintaining strict security protocols. Key benefits include individual logins and secure access tailored for each account manager, daily ingestion of data to keep knowledge current, and enterprise-ready deployment on AIRWEB’s production AI stack, including secure pipelines on AWS and GCP. The system also boasts privacy by design, with end-to-end encryption and regional data residency options.

This marks the second major collaboration between ONAR and IQSTEL, following ONAR’s successful rebranding of the telecom and AI conglomerate in 2024. The current initiative will be implemented in three phases: operational streamlining and client intelligence, strategic enablement, and creative augmentation. The swift rollout, anticipated within four weeks, underscores IQSTEL’s focus on efficiency and scalability.

IQSTEL, with operations in 21 countries and a team of 100 employees, serves a broad global customer base. The company is forecasting $340 million in revenue for FY-2025, reinforcing its trajectory toward becoming a $1 billion tech-driven enterprise by 2027. This partnership is a significant step in IQSTEL’s strategy to expand its high-tech, high-margin service offerings and solidify its leadership in the AI marketing sphere.
