These strategic changes underscore the company’s commitment to innovation and market leadership.
Rahul Singhal, who previously served as Innodata’s Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, has been elevated to the role of President and Chief Revenue Officer. In his expanded capacity, Singhal will be responsible for defining the company’s overarching product strategy, shaping its product roadmap, and spearheading go-to-market execution across Innodata’s diverse businesses, including AI, data engineering, and digital transformation. Don Callahan is a veteran technology and operations executive with over 40 years of leadership experience from prominent institutions such as Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and IBM. He currently serves as an Executive Partner at Bridge Growth Partners. General Richard D. Clarke, a retired four-star U.S. Army general, commanded the U.S. Special Operations Command (“USSOCOM”), leading a global force of 75,000 personnel. He currently serves on the board of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and as a trustee at MITRE.
