Khizamboor brings a wealth of experience, spanning over three decades in global IT leadership. Prior to joining Indium, he held the position of Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree, a $4.5 billion company, where he was instrumental in overseeing client delivery across global centers, managing the talent supply chain, fostering employee engagement, and leading strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. His extensive background also includes senior roles at industry giants such as Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Target, and Danske IT, providing him with diverse experience in managing high-performance teams within large global system integrators and global capability centers.
