The 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 is set to take place from October 8 to 11 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi, under the theme ‘Innovate to Transform’. This premier technology event will place a significant emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, showcasing its transformative power across numerous industries. Attendees can expect to explore over 800 cutting-edge AI-based use cases, demonstrating how AI is revolutionizing sectors from healthcare and finance to agriculture and logistics.
A key highlight of IMC 2025 will be the inaugural International AI Summit, organized in partnership with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). This summit, scheduled for October 10, 2025, will convene industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss AI’s role in transforming telecom networks and accelerating socio-economic benefits in critical areas such as healthcare, education, agriculture, and startups.
The event, co-organized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), anticipates a massive turnout, with over 1.5 lakh visitors from more than 150 countries, 400+ exhibitors and partners, 7,000 global delegates, and 800+ speakers participating in over 100 sessions. Beyond AI, the congress will also feature innovations across 5G/6G, quantum technology, cybersecurity, semiconductors, clean tech, smart mobility, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Further enhancing the participant experience, Union Minister for Communications, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, launched an AI-powered mobile application for IMC 2025 on September 1, 2025. This advanced event technology aims to revolutionize how global business leaders engage with the congress, offering an intelligent and personalized experience. The app’s standout features include ‘IMC Suggests,’ an AI concierge that provides personalized recommendations for sessions, networking opportunities, and strategic meeting zones, maximizing ROI for busy executives.

Minister Scindia emphasized that the app reflects the government’s commitment to blending technology with accessibility, stating, “India Mobile Congress is not just an event but a platform of possibilities. With this app, we are turning those possibilities into connections, collaborations, and outcomes,” aligning with Prime Minister Modi’s vision of Atma Nirbharta (self-reliance) and India’s strategic push to become a global digital leader by 2047.
