The ‘AI Auto Reply’ system operates by intelligently compiling various data points, including reservation information, detailed listing specifics, historical guest conversations, and customized host instructions. This comprehensive data integration allows the tool to generate highly tailored and contextually relevant replies, moving beyond generic chatbot interactions.

According to Hostaway, property managers retain full control over the communication process. They have the flexibility to review messages before sending or opt for complete automation, supported by built-in safeguards designed to ensure accuracy and compliance in all interactions.
