London firm Nesti has officially launched its new AI assistant, Nesti.Chat, marking an early step towards a comprehensive conversational AI platform for the real estate industry. Unveiled on August 4, 2025, Nesti.Chat is specifically designed to assist UK estate and letting agents by automating various day-to-day tasks. The platform is capable of handling enquiries, qualifying leads, booking property viewings, and identifying referral opportunities, thereby allowing agents to focus on core sales activities.
Nesti.Chat distinguishes itself as the first UK-agency specific, free, and standalone AI-powered assistant that does not require integration with other platforms. The company emphasizes its commitment to data privacy and security, ensuring that user data, chats, leads, and conversations remain private and are not used to train external AI models or harvested for third-party use. Two-factor authentication is also in place to secure data.
Morgan Edmondson, co-founder and chief executive of Nesti, stated, “This is just a taster of what we’ve got in store. We wanted to offer something genuinely helpful to agents on a free-usage basis, to showcase what’s possible when AI is purpose-built for the residential property industry.” Edmondson further elaborated on the company’s vision, adding, “As a business, we’re here to not just disrupt the current UK proptech industry in terms of AI tools, we’re here to democratise AI too. The launch of Nesti.Chat is backed by Redbus Ventures and SFC Capital. The company has ambitious plans to introduce a fully conversational AI-powered solution suite for agents before the close of 2025, indicating a significant push towards advanced AI integration within the property sector. This development follows other recent AI advancements in the UK property market, such as Estate Track’s AI-powered blog writer launched in May 2025 and Jitty’s AI-powered property portal expanding its reach in March 2024.
