Hello Patient’s core offering involves deploying generative AI call agents designed to manage the extensive patient communications typically handled by traditional support staff in outpatient medical practices. This strategic implementation aims to unburden human staff, allowing them to focus on more valuable, direct patient care and engagement. The company’s platform is engineered to manage comprehensive patient conversations across multiple channels, including voice, text, and chat, operating around the clock.

These sophisticated AI agents are capable of handling a wide array of tasks, from booking appointments and answering patient queries to re-engaging patients, all while adhering to the stringent privacy and security standards mandated by the healthcare industry. Cohen emphasized the company’s unique position, stating, ‘We’re still one of the only few that’s doing phone calling, texting and chatbot across both inbound and outbound use cases.’
