Gong Bolsters Irish Operations and AI Capabilities Amid Surging EMEA Demand

TLDR: Gong, a leading revenue AI company, has announced a significant expansion of its Dublin-based EMEA operations and AI capabilities. This move is driven by a rapidly growing customer base, now exceeding 750 across key European markets, and an 80% surge in AI feature adoption. The expansion includes a new Dublin headquarters and plans to add 75 new roles, reinforcing Ireland’s position as a global AI hub.

DUBLIN, Ireland – July 8, 2025 – Gong, the pioneering revenue AI company, today unveiled a substantial expansion of its EMEA operations, headquartered in Dublin, alongside a significant enhancement of its artificial intelligence capabilities. This strategic move is a direct response to the escalating customer demand across the EMEA region, underscoring the critical role of AI in modern revenue generation.

The company’s customer base in EMEA has seen rapid growth, now serving over 750 customers across key markets including Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, the Nordics, Benelux, and Spain. This expansion is particularly fueled by the increasing adoption of Gong’s AI-powered revenue platform, with an impressive 80 percent more EMEA users leveraging its AI features compared to a year ago. These advanced AI agents are designed to empower revenue teams by boosting productivity, providing crucial deal insights, and ensuring consistent execution at scale.

As part of this investment, Gong has relocated its EMEA headquarters to a new, larger facility at WeWork One Central Plaza, situated in the iconic former Central Bank building in the heart of Dublin. This new hub will accommodate a growing team, with plans to expand the Dublin workforce from its current 125 employees to over 200 within the next 18 months. This growth trajectory includes the creation of 75 new high-value roles across various functions, including R&D, sales, and other critical departments.

Amit Bendov, Co-Founder and CEO of Gong, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion, stating, ‘Our growth in Europe reflects a global shift—companies are embracing AI not just to keep pace, but to lead in highly competitive markets.’ He added, ‘Dublin plays a critical role in our global strategy. This expansion reinforces our long-term commitment to the region and our mission to empower revenue teams across EMEA with cutting-edge AI.’

The expansion also highlights Gong’s commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its international clientele. The Gong Revenue AI Platform now boasts the ability to capture conversations in more than 70 languages, effectively removing language as a barrier to seamless sales execution and ensuring go-to-market teams operate from a unified source of truth.

Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, welcomed the announcement, noting, ‘Artificial Intelligence is a growth driver of IDA’s strategy and Gong’s decision to expand its presence in Dublin is testament to Ireland’s position as a hub for global innovation and AI. I am delighted that Gong is bringing 75 new high-value jobs and cutting-edge technology to Ireland.’
