Established in the 1990s, Boat Bike Tours has carved a niche by combining cycling adventures with boat tours, offering seamless holiday experiences across more than 15 countries, including picturesque tours in the Netherlands, Tuscany, and even Vietnam. The company currently caters to approximately 18,000 guests annually.
A major operational hurdle for Boat Bike Tours has been managing the influx of roughly 12,000 quote requests each year. A substantial portion of these inquiries arrives within a compressed timeframe, creating a logistical bottleneck. Previously, processing each quote was a time-consuming task, taking around 15 minutes as staff manually compiled data from various systems to generate suitable offers. This labor-intensive process led to slower customer response times, delayed bookings, and inefficient utilization of resources such as ships and cabins.
To overcome these challenges, Boat Bike Tours sought the expertise of Gen25, a firm renowned for its proficiency in intelligent automation and AI solutions.
