DUBLIN, Ireland – EXL [NASDAQ: EXLS], a leading global data and artificial intelligence company, marked a significant milestone on August 11, 2025, with the official inauguration of its new international business headquarters and a dedicated AI Innovation Lab in Dublin’s vibrant Docklands. This strategic move underscores EXL’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and enhancing its capabilities in cutting-edge AI and data solutions.
The new Dublin hub is poised to become a critical center for EXL’s international operations, with ambitious plans to generate up to 200 high-skilled employment opportunities. The AI Innovation Lab, a core component of this expansion, will initially house 60 AI-skilled professionals, contributing to a broader goal of hiring up to 200 AI and data engineering specialists by 2026. These roles will be instrumental in driving research and development for industry-specific AI solutions.
An Tánaiste Simon Harris TD hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony, highlighting the significance of EXL’s investment in Ireland. The event was also attended by EXL Chairman and CEO Rohit Kapoor, The Lord Mayor of Dublin Councillor Ray McAdam, Professor Colin Scott, Deputy President and Vice President of Academic Affairs at University College Dublin, and other distinguished guests.

Its primary objectives include expanding the capabilities of EXL’s proprietary EXLerate.AI platform, developing next-generation AI and data solutions, and shaping tailored data and AI strategies that align with client-specific business objectives.

The company recently reported strong financial results for the first quarter of 2025, with revenue climbing to $501.0 million, a 14.8% increase from Q1 2024.
