TLDR: DXC Technology and 7AI have announced a strategic partnership to launch the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC), integrating fully autonomous AI agents into managed security operations. This collaboration aims to significantly reduce operational costs, enhance security efficiency, and deliver faster response times by automating critical tasks like alert triage, threat investigation, and incident response.
LAS VEGAS, August 4, 2025 – DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading Fortune 500 global technology services company, and 7AI, a pioneer in agentic security, have officially unveiled a strategic partnership to introduce the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC). This groundbreaking initiative marks a significant shift in managed security services, moving beyond traditional manual approaches by integrating fully autonomous AI agents into DXC’s end-to-end security operations, from alert ingestion to investigation and remediation.
The new DXC Agentic SOC is designed to deliver enhanced speed, accuracy, and coverage for customers worldwide. The integration of 7AI’s specialized AI agents is expected to revolutionize how security tasks are handled, providing measurable improvements in security outcomes across speed, scale, and cost.
According to the companies, the 7AI platform has already demonstrated substantial efficiency gains. Across 7AI’s customer base, the platform has saved security teams over 224,000 analyst hours, which is equivalent to approximately 112 full-time analyst years of work and more than $11.2 million in reclaimed productivity. The partnership anticipates saving customers over $100 million by 2025 through enhanced operational efficiencies.
Chris Drumgoole, President of DXC Global Infrastructure Services, emphasized the transformative potential of AI in cybersecurity. “The future of security operations isn’t about more tools or more automation, it’s about intelligent AI agents that deliver measurably better outcomes,” said Drumgoole. “By partnering with 7AI, we’re pioneering the next phase of managed security services, delivering better insights, faster response times and, ultimately, superior protections for our customers.”
The DXC Agentic SOC is specifically engineered to eliminate bottlenecks associated with manual alert processing. It is projected to save customers between 30 minutes to 2.5 hours per investigation and significantly reduce false positive rates that often consume valuable analyst resources. This allows security teams to shift their focus from reactive measures to more proactive defense strategies.
Lior Div, CEO and Co-founder of 7AI, highlighted the strategic importance of DXC’s extensive infrastructure. “DXC’s vast global cybersecurity scale, processing 4.5 million daily security threats across 25 delivery centers and supporting hundreds of customers, provides an essential real-world data environment for advancing 7AI’s AI capabilities,” stated Div. “This combination of proven security leadership and operational reach positions DXC as the ideal partner to deliver a truly agentic security solution to the enterprise market. This collaboration validates 7AI’s vision for a new era where security teams can focus exclusively on security outcomes, with AI agents continuously improving their understanding of each organization’s unique security context.”
7AI was founded in 2024 by cybersecurity veterans Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, known for creating Cybereason. Their innovative Dynamic Reasoning technology allows the AI agents to autonomously determine appropriate investigation methods for new threats in real-time, without relying on pre-written playbooks or rules.
