Speaking at a recent forum in Lagos, renowned wellness coach and tech enthusiast, Toyin Arowolo, delivered a compelling address titled ‘How Do I ‘AI?” where she sought to demystify AI and encourage a proactive approach to its understanding and adoption.

Arowolo’s central message underscored that AI, despite its perceived complexity, can be approached in a more understandable and useful manner. She advised against ignoring the advancements in AI, warning that ‘When you pop it back up, the world of AI would have evolved and leave you even more confused.’ Instead, she advocated for a strategy of ‘breaking this “monster” into bite-sized bits’ to make it more accessible.
