Brussels, Belgium – September 25, 2025 – Deloitte Private Belgium today proudly unveiled the highly anticipated list of nominees for its 12th annual Technology Fast 50 program. This prestigious initiative celebrates the 50 fastest-growing technology companies headquartered in Belgium, acknowledging their significant contributions to the nation’s economic future and technological advancement. In addition to the Fast 50 nominees, Deloitte also announced the 10 finalists for its Rising Star competition, which spotlights promising companies that have been active in the technology sector for less than four years.
The Technology Fast 50 award is presented to companies demonstrating the highest percentage of growth in turnover over the past four years. The Rising Star category, on the other hand, focuses on potential and scalability, with finalists pitching their innovations to an independent jury. The jury for the Rising Star competition is chaired by serial entrepreneur Boris Bogaert, co-founder of Pitchdrive, and includes distinguished members such as Veroniek Collewaert (Professor of Entrepreneurship, Vlerick Business School) and Sophie Stegen (Head of Listing, Euronext Benelux & Central Eastern Europe).
According to Yannick Van den broeke, Programme Director Technology Fast 50, “As we announce the 2025 Fast 50 nominees and Rising Star finalists, Belgium’s tech scene continues to impress with innovation and purpose. This year’s lineup demonstrates resilience and a commitment to tackling global challenges. Last year’s Rising Star winner, Aikido Security, is a great example of the success these young companies can achieve. We’re excited to see how this new generation will shape the future of technology and business in Belgium.” The program aims to foster a vibrant ecosystem by connecting start-ups and scale-ups with corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs, thereby stimulating cross-fertilisation and encouraging further technological innovation.
