Deloitte and Palantir Launch Enterprise Operating System to Accelerate AI-Driven Transformation for Clients

TLDR: Deloitte and Palantir have unveiled a strategic alliance and their new ‘Enterprise Operating System’ (EOS), a solution combining Deloitte’s expertise and Palantir’s AI platforms to help government and commercial clients unlock data insights, improve performance, and accelerate digital transformation through enterprise-grade AI.

NEW YORK – July 21, 2025 – In a significant move to accelerate enterprise-wide transformation, Deloitte and Palantir Technologies have officially launched a strategic alliance, introducing their innovative ‘Enterprise Operating System’ (EOS). This collaboration aims to deliver tangible outcomes for clients by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence to unlock insights from complex data silos and drive substantial performance improvements across various functions.

The newly developed EOS is a powerful integration that combines Deloitte’s extensive intellectual property and deep domain expertise with Palantir’s cutting-edge Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). Announced recently at AIPCon 7, the system is designed to enable organizations to achieve mission-critical objectives more quickly and decisively in today’s rapidly evolving, AI-centric environment.

According to Jason Girzadas, Deloitte US CEO, “Deloitte shares Palantir’s commitment to decisive action and a dedication to delivering meaningful, lasting results for commercial and government clients. Expanding our preferred relationship at this pivotal moment provides our clients with Palantir’s latest advances in AI, combined with Deloitte’s engineering scale and deep sector experience.”

The EOS represents the first in a series of joint offerings tailored for both commercial and government sectors. It is engineered to deliver outcomes faster by making historically trapped data actionable, thereby enabling significant performance enhancements through enterprise-grade AI. The system also incorporates Deloitte Ascendâ„¢, a delivery platform that orchestrates human and AI collaboration, and Deloitte’s Zora AIâ„¢, a suite of pre-configured AI agents designed to deliver enterprise and industry-specific business outcomes. Palantir’s ontology, pre-configured with Deloitte’s industry-leading practices, further accelerates time to value.

Joint clients are already utilizing the EOS across diverse applications, including financial and grants management, audit readiness, HR processes, supply chain visibility, ERP modernization, and AI-driven process automation. A notable example includes one of the largest federal agencies, which is currently employing the EOS to profile data for decision-making, saving hundreds of thousands of person-hours and streamlining years of complex data and process changes for its ERP modernization and financial management transformation.

Jennifer Walcott, Deloitte’s Government and Public Services industry leader, emphasized the market’s positive reception, stating, “The strong market response to the Enterprise Operating System — infused with Deloitte’s Zora AIâ„¢ agents — demonstrates the impact we can achieve together.”

Deloitte has also established a Palantir Center of Excellence (COE) in Arlington, Virginia, to further accelerate client adoption and foster immersive training, challenging incremental thinking and integrating best practices from both commercial and government domains. This initiative underscores Deloitte’s decade-long commitment to AI and technology innovation, complementing its Generative AI practice and other AI-based solutions.
