TLDR: Deepgram has formalized a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS), reinforcing its position as a Generative AI Competency Partner. This multi-year agreement aims to accelerate the global deployment and adoption of Deepgram’s voice AI platform, which includes speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and speech-to-speech capabilities, across various enterprise use cases.

Deepgram, a prominent voice AI platform for enterprise applications, announced on August 19, 2025, the signing of a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This agreement signifies a deeper commitment between the two companies to drive innovation and expand the reach of generative voice AI technologies globally. As an existing Generative AI Competency Partner and a long-standing member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), Deepgram is well-positioned to leverage AWS’s robust infrastructure.

The collaboration will see Deepgram investing in the development of new Generative AI-enabled capabilities specifically for AWS. This includes creating new case studies and proof-of-concepts tailored for enterprise clients, as well as continuously optimizing its AI models and services within the AWS ecosystem. Deepgram’s comprehensive voice AI platform offers advanced speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and speech-to-speech (STS) functionalities.

A key aspect of this partnership is Deepgram’s dedicated deployment options and EU endpoints, which operate entirely on AWS infrastructure. This ensures that enterprise customers can meet stringent global requirements for data residency, security, and compliance. Furthermore, Deepgram’s speech-to-text API can be seamlessly integrated into Amazon Connect, providing superior STT speed and accuracy for real-time transcription and voice automation in contact center environments. This integration is expected to significantly boost agent productivity, automate call summaries, and enhance overall customer experiences.
