The firm’s decision came after an exhaustive, multi-phase pilot program that engaged 380 lawyers across its various offices. This comprehensive evaluation process involved testing three different Generative AI platforms, meticulously assessing their usability, interoperability, efficiency, training requirements, accuracy, and responsiveness to real-time legal scenarios. The pilots were designed to gather in-depth feedback, ensuring the chosen solution would seamlessly integrate into the firm’s demanding environment.
