His extensive background also includes serving as CFO for Cyren, a NASDAQ-listed cybersecurity company, where he successfully raised over $100 million in equity and debt capital, including a majority sale to private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Additionally, he held the CFO position at PrimePay, a private-equity-backed human capital management software company.
