Cognigy.AI Now Accessible in AWS Marketplace’s New AI Agents and Tools Category

This strategic move, effective July 30, 2025, aims to streamline the adoption of enterprise-grade conversational automation for businesses leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The inclusion of Cognigy.AI in this new category allows enterprises to easily discover, purchase, and deploy AI Agent solutions directly through their existing AWS accounts. This simplifies procurement and governance for AI Agents, reducing the time typically spent on vendor evaluation and accelerating the implementation of automation across various channels, including voice and chat.

Cognigy.AI is designed to enable enterprises to deploy AI Agents that automate interactions at scale, seamlessly integrate with existing systems, and reduce workload through intelligent automation, all within their secure AWS environments. Hardy Myers, SVP of Global Partnerships at Cognigy, stated that their presence in this new AWS Marketplace category makes it ‘even easier for enterprises to access Cognigy’s market-leading platform and accelerate their journey toward autonomous, agentic service experiences.’

The platform integrates with key enterprise systems such as Amazon Bedrock and Salesforce, supporting multilingual, agentic AI workflows at scale. Cognigy’s solution focuses on delivering next-generation customer service through offerings like Voice AI Agents, Digital Chat AI Agents, and Agent Copilot, leveraging Generative and Conversational AI to create Agentic AI that redefines customer experiences and supports contact center employees in real-time.

This development aligns Cognigy with AWS’s broader push into agentic AI infrastructure, including AgentCore and the expanding AI agent partner ecosystem. AWS views agentic AI as a ‘tectonic shift in enterprise technology,’ with AWS Marketplace playing a central role in its widespread adoption. Over 1,000 global brands currently utilize Cognigy.AI, and this AWS listing is expected to further accelerate its footprint among enterprise customers seeking turnkey AI-powered service automation.
