This strategic update empowers organizations to deploy secure, GPU-accelerated generative AI applications behind their own firewalls, ensuring greater control over sensitive data and intellectual property.
The release directly addresses a critical industry challenge: the security and governance concerns that often hinder AI adoption. According to Accenture, a staggering 77% of organizations currently lack the fundamental data and AI security practices necessary to protect their models, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Cloudera’s new offering aims to mitigate these risks by allowing companies to keep their data in-house, eliminating the need to move it to public clouds for AI workloads.
