Paris, August 26, 2025 – Global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, Capgemini, has entered into an agreement to acquire Cloud4C, a leading provider specializing in automation-driven managed services for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. This acquisition is set to significantly reinforce Capgemini’s capabilities in the rapidly expanding cloud managed services market.
Cloud4C, founded in 2014 by Sridhar Pinnapureddy, has established itself with a 1,600-strong team operating across 29 countries. The company is renowned for its platform-based services, which incorporate advanced AI operations and automation capabilities. Cloud4C’s offerings are designed to assist enterprises in migrating, managing, and optimizing their technology and data through its low-code, AI-ready platform and vertical-specific frameworks tailored to diverse industry needs. Notably, Cloud4C is a global premium partner for SAP in S/4 HANA Cloud and maintains strong relationships with other key technology vendors and hyperscalers.
Cloud4C’s comprehensive end-to-end service portfolio is built on deep technological proficiency, featuring hyper-automated AI cloud operations that span the entire stack, from infrastructure to application login. Beyond core cloud management, Cloud4C provides a suite of value-added services including process automation, disaster recovery, data loss prevention, business continuity, cybersecurity, and adherence to industry and sovereign compliances.
Capgemini’s strategic rationale for this acquisition is to expand its footprint in the fast-growing cloud managed services sector. The integration of Cloud4C’s expertise will enable Capgemini to further develop industry-specific packaged frameworks, intellectual property (IP), and generative AI (gen AI) solutions for cloud management and seamless migrations.
Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini, commented on the acquisition, stating, “Cloud4C has an impressive track record in large-scale cloud transformations, thanks to its cutting-edge, highly automated AI platform and processes. Its status as a global premium partner of RISE with SAP makes it a natural fit for Capgemini as we have been a strategic partner with SAP for decades. This acquisition will enable the Group to champion gen AI-powered cloud automation platforms, coupled with scalable industry-specific solutions that we know our clients want and need across the world.”
