blackNgreen Unveils EVA: A Voice-First AI Platform Revolutionizing Enterprise Customer Experience

TLDR: Indian telecom solution provider blackNgreen has launched ‘EVA,’ an advanced voice-first AI platform designed for enterprises. Developed entirely in India with a ₹40 Crore investment, EVA operates in over 95 languages, offering solutions for customer care, personal assistance, and sales, aiming to deliver intelligent and personalized customer experiences at scale.

blackNgreen, a prominent Indian telecom solution provider, has officially launched ‘EVA,’ an innovative voice-first Artificial Intelligence platform poised to transform enterprise customer interactions. The platform, developed entirely in India with a cumulative investment of ₹40 Crore, is engineered to deliver intelligent and personalized customer experiences at an unprecedented scale.

EVA boasts remarkable linguistic versatility, operating seamlessly in over 95 languages and adapting in real-time across diverse enterprise platforms. This extensive language support underscores blackNgreen’s commitment to bridging communication gaps and making advanced AI accessible globally.

The platform is structured around five distinct, yet interconnected avatars, each addressing critical aspects of customer engagement and operational efficiency:

EVA Customer Care: This avatar is designed to revolutionize contact centers by enabling enterprises to scale services with intelligent, human-like interactions. It features robust database integration and omnichannel support, promising a significant reduction in operational costs by 40-50% and a boost in customer satisfaction. EVA Customer Care is applicable across various industries, including BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), and Telecom.

EVA Ask Me Anything: This feature brings the power of AI to the most universal interface – a phone call. Users can ask factual queries, seek daily assistance, or obtain specialized information without the need for apps or digital literacy, thereby bridging the digital divide.

EVA Personal Assistant: An always-on AI assistant for smarter mobile phone call management. It integrates with calendars for meeting bookings, effectively handles spam calls, and summarizes missed calls via WhatsApp. This patent-pending solution aims to tackle the global issue of approximately 600 billion spam calls monthly.

EVA Virtual Receptionist: A 24/7 AI receptionist capable of answering, routing, and prioritizing calls. With integrations to over 70 CRMs and ticketing tools, it ensures consistent and intelligent handling of high call volumes for enterprises.

Rahul Gupta, Co-Founder of blackNgreen, emphasized the company’s long-standing expertise: “For over a decade, we’ve been at the forefront of digital innovation for telecom operators worldwide. We are applying that same pioneering DNA to AI – the most transformative technology of our time. This isn’t just about a new product – it’s about leading the AI revolution in customer experience, ensuring every brand, in every language, can build meaningful, personalized relationships at scale with their customers. We’re quite excited the way the products have evolved and the early encouraging response.”

Karthik Shankar, also a Co-Founder, highlighted the personal commitment to the project: “We believed in the value so much that Rahul and I invested our personal funds on top to ensure there are no stones left unturned in our quest to build the most advanced voice-first AI product that would shape the future of customer experience by making it more adaptive, predictive and above all, human.”
