The rollout of this advanced AI feature is being conducted in phases, initially reaching approximately 50% of users visiting the American Airlines website. The airline anticipates a full rollout to all website users within weeks, with a version for its mobile app expected in the near future. AAdvantage members will also benefit, with the ability to search for reward flights, though mileage redemption is currently limited to American Airlines flights.
