AllRize Unveils Agentic AI Integration to Revolutionize Legal Practice Management

TLDR: AllRize, a prominent provider of practice management software for law firms, has announced the integration of advanced Agentic AI capabilities into its platform. This strategic enhancement aims to significantly boost efficiency, automate complex workflows, and provide proactive problem-solving for legal professionals, with features rolling out in Q4 2025.

Fort Lauderdale, FL – September 9, 2025 – AllRize, a leading innovator in AI-powered software solutions tailored for law firms, has officially unveiled the integration of Agentic AI capabilities into its comprehensive law practice management platform. This move is set to transform how legal professionals manage their daily operations, offering unprecedented levels of automation and efficiency.

Agentic AI, unlike traditional AI assistants that merely respond to prompts, refers to self-governing AI systems capable of autonomously performing multi-step tasks, setting goals, making decisions, and coordinating with other systems. AllRize has embedded these advanced AI agents across its software modules, enabling law firms to execute complex legal workflows automatically across platforms like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Erik Ruda, CEO of AllRize, highlighted the growing interest and simultaneous uncertainty among law firms regarding AI adoption. “During our conversations with law firms of all sizes, we’ve seen that interest in AI technologies, including Agentic AI, has been accelerating rapidly over the last 6-12 months,” Ruda stated. “However, many firms have also expressed some uncertainty about how best to leverage AI. For that reason, we’ve designed AllRize with the flexibility that allows each firm to use only the specific AI capabilities they want, when and how they want to use them.”

The new Agentic AI features are designed to address several critical pain points in legal practice. Key use cases highlighted by AllRize include:

Effortless Intake: When a prospective client emails the firm, the Agentic AI can automatically extract details, create a lead, schedule consultations, send welcome emails with intake forms, and update the CRM, all before an attorney even reviews the initial contact.

Automated Billing and Time Tracking: The system can quietly log every minute an attorney spends drafting documents, responding to emails, or attending meetings. It categorizes time entries against the correct matter, crafts draft invoices, and presents them for review, minimizing lost billable hours and improving accuracy.

Smarter Case Management: Agentic AI can summarize hearing notes, upload summaries to case files, update calendar deadlines, draft client update emails, and flag compliance or filing risks without manual follow-up.

Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and hosted on Azure as a SaaS offering, the AllRize platform provides a modular approach, allowing firms to deploy marketing, CRM, matter management, document management, and accounting modules together or independently. The Agentic AI capabilities will be integrated into the next major release of AllRize and are expected to be available in Q4 2025.
