The three technology leaders formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Thursday, July 10, 2025, to introduce a comprehensive AI-powered private cloud solution tailored for Indonesian enterprises.
This strategic alliance is designed to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and enhance digital infrastructure across key industries, including finance, manufacturing, and energy. The initiative focuses on building a secure, AI-driven digital ecosystem hosted within Indonesia, emphasizing local innovation, data residency compliance, and robust operational resilience through private cloud services.
Each partner brings distinct strengths to this integrated solution. AGIT, known for its end-to-end IT services—ranging from consulting and system design to infrastructure development, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and managed services—will ensure seamless AI integration into enterprise environments while upholding stringent data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
