San Francisco, CA – October 20, 2025 – AdsGency, an innovative startup established in 2023, has announced a significant milestone, closing a $12 million seed investment round. The funding, spearheaded by XYZ Venture Capital, with participation from Streamlined Ventures, HF0, and Hat-Trick Capital, is set to propel the company’s mission to redefine the advertising landscape through agentic artificial intelligence.

AdsGency is at the forefront of building what it describes as an ‘agentic AI ad agency.’ This sophisticated platform is designed to fully automate ad campaigns across a wide array of digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest. The company’s operating system integrates multiple large language models and employs AI agents to manage the entire campaign planning process, from generating creative ad content to strategic placement.

The startup’s technology also incorporates marketers’ first-party data, alongside third-party data and integrations with leading data and customer-relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Snowflake and Salesforce. This comprehensive approach enables real-time tracking and optimization of campaign performance, offering unprecedented efficiency and insights to advertisers.

Bolbi Liu, founder and CEO of AdsGency, articulated the company’s ambitious vision in an interview with Business Insider, stating, “We want to disrupt the traditional ad agency.” This ambition extends to targeting enterprise clients, a segment often overlooked by other AI ad startups that typically focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
