Acceleration Community of Companies Establishes AI-Powered Intelligence Division, Appointing Michael Moschella to Lead

TLDR: Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC) has announced the formation of ACC Intelligence, a new division focused on data science, marketing research, and AI innovation. Michael Moschella, formerly overseeing DKC Analytics, has been appointed to lead this initiative, aiming to provide brands with predictive insights and real-time reputational understanding in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.

NEW YORK – November 6, 2025 – The Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), a collective of prominent media, marketing, and communications agencies, today unveiled its new AI-Powered Intelligence Division, ACC Intelligence. This strategic move is set to unify data science, marketing research, and artificial intelligence innovation across ACC’s network, providing brands with unparalleled predictive foresight and real-time insights into their reputation. Michael Moschella has been appointed to spearhead this crucial new division.

Moschella brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent nearly a decade overseeing DKC Analytics, the market research and analytics arm of DKC. He will continue to lead DKC Analytics, which joined the ACC network in September 2024. His proven track record in transforming complex data into actionable cultural foresight for Fortune 500 companies positions him uniquely to guide brands through the complexities of engaging with consumers in an AI-dominated world.

Monica Chun, President of ACC, emphasized Moschella’s pivotal role in the company’s evolution. “Mike has been instrumental in shaping how ACC turns data and insights into actionable intelligence,” said Chun. “The launch of ACC Intelligence marks the next leap in that mission, bringing together our most advanced research, analytics, and AI capabilities to help brands understand and influence both human and algorithmic behavior.”

ACC Intelligence is designed as a predictive engine, bringing together a team of skilled experts to develop proprietary technologies for the network’s agencies and their clients. This includes ‘Definity,’ a synthetic audience platform introduced last month, which enables brands to rigorously test creative concepts and messaging against high-fidelity digital twins of their key stakeholders.

Further enhancing its capabilities, ACC Intelligence is introducing ‘AIME’ (Artificial Intelligence for Marketing Engagement). AIME is designed to help brands navigate the evolving digital landscape, particularly as AI platforms become primary search engines. ACC Intelligence estimates that approximately 40% of adults will rely on AI as their main search tool within the next year. AIME tracks the sources cited by these AI engines, monitors the evolution of brand narratives across various platforms, and identifies opportunities to bolster authority and visibility in AI-generated responses through strategic content creation, reputation management, and precision SEO tailored for AI environments.

Moschella articulated the division’s core philosophy, stating, “AI is an audience. It is trained on data that can change daily, shaping narratives and influencing opinion. AIME helps brands take control of how they show up in AI-generated search results.” This new division underscores ACC’s commitment to equipping brands with the tools necessary to thrive in an increasingly intelligent and interconnected marketplace.
