In a significant move to expand its artificial intelligence (AI) expertise, Novigi, a fast-growing data and technology services company, has acquired Turning Point Advisory. The acquisition, reported on October 15, 2025, is set to broaden Novigi’s AI consultancy and implementation capabilities across its diverse client base.
Turning Point Advisory was founded in 2024 by Alex Moynihan and Karan Joshi, both former Generative AI specialists from Deloitte. The firm is recognized for its unique approach, combining strategy-led transformation with proprietary AI platforms designed to fundamentally change and accelerate how organizations prioritize opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and scale successful AI-enabled initiatives. Turning Point Advisory has a proven track record, having worked with clients across financial services, private equity portfolio companies, and other regulated sectors.
Ash Priest, Novigi’s chief executive, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition. “The acquisition of Turning Point Advisory reflects Novigi’s unwavering commitment to sustainable, strategic growth and to integrating innovative technologies that help our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market,” Priest stated. He further added that “Their approach to embedding AI into every stage of the transformation lifecycle will further strengthen Novigi’s ability to deliver practical, high-impact outcomes for clients.”

This latest acquisition is part of Novigi’s broader growth strategy. It follows a June announcement where Novigi acquired Iress’ Superannuation and Consulting Managed Services business, which resulted in the onboarding of over 100 consultants. This brought Novigi’s total headcount to nearly 400 people. Last year, Novigi also expanded its portfolio by acquiring Brisbane-based IT provider, 360 Managed. The integration of Turning Point Advisory’s AI-driven frameworks and platforms is expected to underpin Novigi’s operations across all business lines, fostering both client delivery and internal innovation.
