This strategic expansion is set to bring the company’s latest agentic AI innovations to enterprises throughout the Middle East, a move unveiled at GITEX Global 2025. The initiative underscores Genesys’s commitment to promoting responsible and multilingual AI adoption on a global scale.
This enhancement builds upon the existing agentic AI capabilities within Genesys Cloud, which are designed to enable AI agents to operate within established enterprise guardrails. The goal is to accelerate readiness for responsible agentic orchestration at scale, allowing AI agents to blend autonomy with necessary oversight. By integrating Arabic language support with these advanced AI innovations, Genesys aims to help regional organizations expedite their adoption of agentic orchestration.
Sebastian Ballerini, VP Strategic Growth EMEA at Genesys, emphasized the significance of this launch, stating, “With Arabic support in AI Studio and the latest agentic AI advancements across Genesys Cloud, organizations in the Middle East can build, train and deploy intelligent agents that act with greater context, autonomy and trust.
