SuperOps Inc., an artificial intelligence-native IT management startup, has announced the imminent beta launch of its Agentic AI Marketplace in September 2025, developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This groundbreaking platform is positioned as the industry’s first ‘agentic AI marketplace’ specifically tailored for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams, aiming to make sophisticated AI agents more accessible to organizations that may lack the internal expertise to build and deploy them independently.
The marketplace serves as a trusted, one-stop-shop for accessing a wide array of prebuilt AI agents designed to automate various aspects of enterprise work. These agents are capable of streamlining common IT workflows such as alert remediation, onboarding processes, and ticket triage, which often remain heavily reliant on manual efforts. By centralizing these functions, SuperOps seeks to simplify the integration of autonomous solutions into daily IT operations, operating across multiple cloud platforms to accelerate adoption.
This initiative comes at a critical juncture for the IT industry. According to a Canalys study, while 90% of MSPs are exploring AI, a significant 61% are still stuck in the pilot stage, and 77% feel pressured to deliver AI-powered tools to their clients. The Agentic AI Marketplace is poised to bridge this implementation gap, enabling MSPs to move beyond experimentation and leverage AI to generate new revenue streams, cut inefficiencies, and deliver measurable business results.
