Verint Systems Achieves Significant AI Revenue Growth, Rings Nasdaq Opening Bell

Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT), a prominent provider of Customer Experience (CX) Automation solutions, marked a significant milestone by ringing the Nasdaq Stock Market’s opening bell, celebrating its strong leadership in delivering AI-driven business outcomes. The company announced an impressive 24% growth in its AI annual recurring revenue (AI ARR) during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, which concluded on April 30, 2025. This substantial increase means that AI ARR now constitutes approximately half of Verint’s total annual recurring revenue.

Dan Bodner, CEO of Verint, expressed enthusiasm about the achievement, stating, “We are thrilled to commemorate Verint’s success in delivering real-world AI business outcomes to brands through ringing the Nasdaq opening bell. Verint’s financial results for Q1 FY26 showcased a subscription ARR of $710 million, representing a 6.3% year-over-year growth, and an AI ARR of $354 million, reflecting a 24.1% year-over-year increase. While total revenue for the quarter was $208 million, slightly below the previous year’s $221 million, it still surpassed guidance. The company reported a GAAP net loss per share of $(0.04) and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.29. Despite the non-GAAP diluted EPS falling below the forecasted $0.34, investors reacted positively, with Verint’s stock experiencing a significant surge, indicating a focus on the company’s accelerating growth trajectory and strong AI momentum.

The success of Verint’s AI solutions is evident in its customer achievements. For instance, Volaris, a client utilizing Verint’s AI-powered bots, reported a remarkable 70% reduction in cost per interaction, managed three times the call volume in their contact centers, and boosted their customer satisfaction score (CSAT) by 30% across five million annual customer interactions. Similarly, BT Group leveraged Verint’s Agent Copilot Bots to enhance both customer and employee experiences across 4,500 agents, leading to increased revenue.
