Ms. Babbar brings over two decades of extensive cross-sector experience, spanning government, industry, and development sectors. Prior to joining Primus Partners, she held the position of Country Head – Education and Skills at Adobe Inc. During her tenure at Adobe, she was instrumental in conceptualizing and leading high-impact national-level initiatives. These initiatives were often in collaboration with key government bodies such as India’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, aligning with the objectives of the National Education Policy to champion digital creativity and foundational skill-building at scale.
Her distinguished career also includes leadership roles at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Microsoft India, and KPMG. In these capacities, she spearheaded large-scale program implementation, provided policy advisory, and fostered multi-stakeholder engagement across various education and skilling domains. Ms. Babbar has received numerous accolades for her contributions, including the Skills Champion Award by NSDC and the Adobe Game Changer Award, alongside commendations from NCERT, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and the Indian Army. She has also represented India at international forums focused on community colleges, innovation, and workforce readiness.
