TLDR: Indian deeptech startup Kluisz.ai has successfully raised $9.6 million in a seed funding round led by RTP Global. The capital will be utilized to advance its generative AI-powered cloud development initiatives, focusing on delivering secure, scalable, and intelligent cloud solutions tailored for the artificial intelligence era.
Bengaluru, India – July 23, 2025 – Kluisz.ai, an innovative Indian deeptech startup specializing in GenAI-powered cloud solutions, today announced it has successfully closed a $9.6 million seed funding round. The investment was spearheaded by RTP Global, a prominent global early-stage venture capital firm.
Significant participation in the round also came from Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, and Climber Capital. Additionally, a notable roster of angel investors contributed, including Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Dr. Ritesh Malik (Innov8), and Aditya Virwani (Embassy Group).
Founded in 2025 by a seasoned team comprising Abhinav Sinha (former Global COO & CPO at OYO, ex BCG), Vamshidhar Reddy (former Partner at McKinsey, ex-AMD), and Abhijeet Singh (former VP of Cloud at Jio, ex-AT&T), Kluisz.ai is on a mission to redefine cloud infrastructure for the AI era. The company aims to build a secure, scalable cloud platform that is developer-first, open, and incorporates zero-trust security, offering comprehensive control across hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign deployments.
The startup addresses critical challenges faced by Chief Information Officers (CIOs) in managing private cloud infrastructure, which often suffers from limited automation, poor visibility, and complex manual processes. This is particularly pertinent as the shift to hybrid cloud accelerates, with Gartner projecting that 90% of enterprises will operate workloads across hybrid cloud environments by 2027.
Kluisz.ai’s platform is designed to intelligently deploy and manage infrastructure, enabling teams to set precise performance, cost, and compliance goals. Through an intuitive user experience, deep observability, embedded security, and AI-native orchestration, Kluisz.ai aims to eliminate the manual complexities associated with real-time cloud workload management. The initial focus for product deployment will be across banking and financial services, manufacturing, and organizations with extensive edge computing requirements.
Abhinav Sinha, Co-founder and CEO of Kluisz.ai, articulated the company’s vision: “We’re building a software company that offers a next-gen private cloud platform for the GenAI era. We’re building a developer-first, zero-trust, AI-native orchestration platform for such environments—be it on-premises, edge, or sovereign deployments. Our system embeds intelligence into security, observability, and workload management, allowing enterprises to operate more autonomously with less manual overhead.”
Echoing this sentiment, a representative from Unicorn India Ventures stated, “Kluisz.ai is taking the enterprises in the direction of AI led high performance businesses. Their AI deployed cloud management, which helps large teams to stay on top of the game while being secure and compliant, is a game changing offering. At Unicorn India Ventures, it has been our thesis to back founders with such audacious goals.”

The newly secured funding will be strategically allocated to expand Kluisz.ai’s engineering team in Bengaluru, accelerate product development, and support deployments with its early customers. The company, currently with a team of 15 members, plans to dedicate approximately 80% of the funds towards scaling its engineering capabilities, particularly in the niche but growing areas of infrastructure and systems software.
