LONDON, UK – July 8, 2025 – IFS, a leading global provider of enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software, today announced a significant strategic move to accelerate its innovation in Industrial and Agentic AI with the appointment of Kriti Sharma as CEO of IFS Nexus Black.
Kriti Sharma is a globally recognized leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence, known for her extensive experience in building enterprise AI products and spearheading responsible AI initiatives. Prior to joining IFS, Sharma served as Chief Product Officer for LegalTech at Thomson Reuters, where she was instrumental in leading major AI transformations. Her impressive career includes senior AI roles at Sage Group and GfK, and she currently serves as a non-executive board member of Rightmove PLC. Sharma’s contributions to ethical and inclusive AI have earned her widespread recognition, including being named to Forbes 30 Under 30, receiving the UK Prime Minister’s Points of Light award, and being honored as a Young Leader by the United Nations.
In her new role as CEO of Nexus Black, IFS’s dedicated AI innovation accelerator launched earlier this year, Sharma will be at the forefront of designing and delivering domain-specific, agentic AI solutions. Her mandate includes working closely with customers to develop practical, scalable applications that address complex, high-value, industry-specific challenges.
