Robert LoCascio’s Uare.ai Secures $10.3 Million Seed Funding to Pioneer Personalized AI Digital Twins

TLDR: Uare.ai, founded by LivePerson veteran Robert LoCascio, has successfully raised $10.3 million in seed funding. The company is set to launch its innovative Individual AI platform in Winter 2025, focusing on creating personalized digital counterparts that mirror a person’s unique knowledge, voice, and decision-making, moving beyond generalized AI models.

Palo Alto, CA – November 11, 2025 – Uare.ai, a groundbreaking venture led by seasoned entrepreneur Robert LoCascio, today announced it has successfully closed a $10.3 million seed funding round. The investment, spearheaded by Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures with additional strategic investors, will accelerate the development and upcoming Winter 2025 launch of its personalized Artificial Intelligence platform.

Uare.ai is poised to revolutionize the AI landscape by shifting focus from generalized artificial general intelligence (AGI) to ‘Individual AIs’ – intelligent digital twins designed to scale a person’s unique knowledge, presence, and impact in real-time. This initiative builds upon LoCascio’s previous work with Eternos, an AI legacy platform aimed at preserving individuals for their loved ones after passing. Uare.ai expands this vision into daily life, offering high-fidelity digital counterparts that think, speak, and evolve like their human creators.

Robert LoCascio, CEO and co-founder of Uare.ai, articulated the company’s philosophy: “The industry is chasing the wrong goal. Everyone is racing toward AGI – one superintelligent system for everyone. But the real transformation happens at the individual level. We’re building intelligence that’s as unique as a fingerprint. Your Individual AI acts as your second brain – intelligent, contextual, and deeply aligned with your values. It helps you share yourself with the world, connect with others more meaningfully, and even create new ways to monetize your knowledge.”

A core differentiator for Uare.ai is its proprietary ‘Human Life Model’ (HLM). This framework is designed to construct lifelong, human-centered Personal AIs by training exclusively on an individual’s own data—their stories, decisions, and life context. Unlike large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, which learn from vast public datasets, Uare.ai ensures that each Individual AI is private, containerized, and self-owned, with data remaining under the user’s control and never pooled into public models. Users retain the ability to export, move, or delete their data at any time.

Navin Chaddha, Managing Partner at Mayfield, expressed enthusiasm for the venture: “At Mayfield, we invest in people first and foremost, and we’re excited to partner with Rob and the Uare.ai team as they build something revolutionary in the era of personal AI. Uare.ai is creating intelligent digital companions that think, speak, and evolve like you while scaling your presence, creativity, and expertise in a truly human-centered way.”

The newly secured capital will be allocated towards expanding the team, enhancing platform capabilities, and preparing for the product’s official launch. Uare.ai aims to empower prosumers, creators, and professionals to scale their presence, grow audiences, and monetize their expertise in unprecedented ways. The platform will also offer options for sharing these personalized AIs privately with friends, family, or clients, or through a curated marketplace.
