Atyab Mohammad Unveils RaySuite AI: A New Era of Intelligent AdTech Automation

TLDR: Atyab Mohammad, the visionary behind Wigzo, has launched RaySuite AI, a groundbreaking platform designed to revolutionize the AdTech industry. RaySuite AI integrates specialized AI agents for comprehensive marketing and advertising intelligence, offering a predictive marketing platform that streamlines campaign creation, optimization, and real-time performance tracking across various digital channels. The platform also features Picasso (RayCreator), an AI-powered creative co-pilot for rapid video ad generation, aiming to bring precision and creativity together in a unified “MadTech” ecosystem.

Atyab Mohammad, a notable entrepreneur known for his success with Wigzo and its subsequent acquisition by Shiprocket, has embarked on a new venture with the launch of RaySuite AI. This new platform aims to address the complexities and fragmentation prevalent in modern marketing technology, which often leads to “decision paralysis, wasted budgets, and creativity divorced from accountability.”

RaySuite AI is built around a “team of specialized AI agents” that work collaboratively to automate and optimize advertising campaigns. These agents are capable of creating, publishing, optimizing, and tracking ads across major platforms like Meta and Google, as well as various marketplaces and quick commerce applications. Concurrently, they monitor website and app sales in real time. Mohammad articulated his vision, stating, “Today, it’s no longer just AdTech – it’s MadTech, where marketing and advertising merge seamlessly to create a smarter, more integrated ecosystem that drives results with precision and creativity combined. RaySuite proudly introduces India’s first true MadTech platform, seamlessly integrating marketing and advertising intelligence into one powerful product.” He further emphasized the platform’s core philosophy: “Marketers don’t need another tool; they need a compass that enables them to act with certainty rather than react to data.”

A key innovation within RaySuite AI is Picasso (RayCreator), a creative intelligence engine that blends artistic storytelling with computational power. Described as a “Creative Co-Pilot,” Picasso utilizes generative AI to produce diverse video content, ranging from authentic UGC-style videos to polished cinematic brand films, all from a simple text prompt. Jafar Khan, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, highlighted its efficiency: “Select your product, and within minutes you’ll have two complete video ads: one that feels creator-made UGC, another that looks studio-produced.” This capability significantly reduces creative cycles and integrates ad creation with performance analytics, audience targeting, outcome prediction, and real-time ROI measurement, supported by a dynamic ad library and competitor tracking. Mohammad noted, “Even more importantly, creativity now benefits from the same intelligence layer as strategy.”

Functioning as a Predictive Marketing Platform, RaySuite AI is structured with four interconnected engines:

RayTarget: Converts ad budgets into profit-driven campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies and curating asset performance.

RayTalk: Consolidates customer conversations from various channels (chat, email, social) into a unified, responsive interface.

RayCRM: A privacy-first data engine that leverages first-party data to achieve “up to 5x accuracy improvements.”

RayAI: The analytical core, powered by “Bayesian inference and neural models,” providing precise forecasts for campaign success.

These integrated systems collectively form an “Ad Operating System,” ensuring that every marketing investment is accountable, adaptive, and intelligently optimized for maximum impact.

RaySuite AI is strategically positioned to meet the escalating demands of the quick commerce sector, where speed, scale, and precision are critical. Santosh Kumar, Chief Business Officer, underscored this necessity: “In today’s quick commerce world, speed and scale aren’t just advantages, they’re necessities. Marketers must harness real-time data and AI-powered automation to deliver personalized experiences at scale, adapting instantly to shifting consumer expectations.”

Initial pilot programs across retail, fintech, and D2C industries have yielded impressive results, including a “4x ROI improvement,” “35% faster campaign optimization,” and “significantly higher creative performance” on short-form video platforms. These early successes have attracted investment from a global syndicate with ties to prominent entities like SpaceX, Microsoft, and SwiftSeed Ventures. This funding will support RaySuite’s expansion into India, the GCC, and North America, while also accelerating advancements in predictive modeling and compliance. Ankit Arya, CTO, clarified the company’s collaborative approach: “Our goal isn’t to replace agencies or platforms… It’s to give every stakeholder a shared language built on intelligence, not guesswork.”

The launch of RaySuite AI coincides with a period of significant growth in the digital advertising market, with India’s industry projected to reach ₹85,000 crore by 2028 (15.6% CAGR) and the global AdTech market expected to surpass $1.58 trillion by 2030. RaySuite AI aims to lead this evolution by converging creative automation, predictive intelligence, and privacy-first design, establishing a new paradigm for intelligent advertising. Mohammad concluded with a forward-looking statement: “AI won’t replace creative people… But creative people who use AI will replace those who don’t. Advertising has always been about timing: the right story at the right moment. Now, we’re making that moment measurable and repeatable.”
