Uniphore Secures $260 Million in Series F Funding to Advance Business AI Cloud with Strategic Investments from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks

TLDR: Uniphore, an enterprise AI company, has successfully raised $260 million in its Series F funding round. The round saw significant participation from tech giants NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside financial investors. This investment maintains Uniphore’s valuation at $2.5 billion and will be primarily used to accelerate innovation on its Business AI Cloud platform and expand its global enterprise client ecosystem.

Uniphore, a leading enterprise AI company, has announced the successful closure of its Series F funding round, securing an impressive $260 million. This substantial investment was spearheaded by prominent technology companies including NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, underscoring a strong strategic alignment with Uniphore’s vision in the artificial intelligence landscape. Additional financial and sovereign investors, such as NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures, also contributed to the round.

The Series F funding round values Uniphore at $2.5 billion, a valuation consistent with its previous Series E round where it raised $400 million, led by NEA. The fresh capital is earmarked to significantly boost innovation on Uniphore’s flagship AI and data platform, known as the Business AI Cloud. This platform is designed to help businesses harness agentic AI, offering a composable AI solution that integrates agents, models, knowledge, and data to embed AI applications into workflows, trained on proprietary enterprise data.

Umesh Sachdev, co-founder and CEO of Uniphore, expressed his enthusiasm for the funding, stating, “Our Series F raise marks an exciting milestone for Uniphore. It is unlike most fundraises because, in addition to top-tier financial investors, we are joined by the world’s top AI and data companies.” He added, “We are seeing exponential adoption from Fortune 500 and other large companies, and this investment allows us to deliver even greater impact and accelerate innovation on behalf of our customers worldwide.”

Hemant Dhulla, Vice President of NVIDIA AI Software, echoed this sentiment, remarking, “We see Uniphore as a leader in business AI, enabling an agentic enterprise. By combining a sovereign and secure approach with seamless model orchestration and rapid deployment of AI agents, Uniphore is helping organizations unlock meaningful business outcomes while maintaining control of their data and workflows.”

It has since evolved to position itself as a comprehensive Business AI company. Ahead of this fundraise, Uniphore made strategic moves to bolster its capabilities, including the acquisition of Orby AI, an AI-native company specializing in enterprise-grade AI agents that observe and replicate user activity. The company also announced plans to acquire Autonom8, a Chennai-based automation firm focused on developing and automating customer-facing and back-office workflows. These acquisitions are part of Uniphore’s broader strategy to strengthen its talent pool, accelerate enterprise AI adoption, and enhance client workflow automation through AI trained on proprietary enterprise data.
