Additional participation came from the Alber Blanc fund and several angel investors, notably Chatfuel advisor Ershad Jamil. As part of this strategic investment, Alexander Korchevsky, co-founder of Pre-Seed to Succeed and partner at I2BF Global Ventures, has joined Chatfuel’s board of directors.
Chatfuel’s new AI-native operating system is poised to transform how SMBs manage their customer interactions and sales cycles. The platform, which has been trained on an extensive dataset of over 150 billion customer conversations and built upon a long-standing partnership with Meta, promises to empower over 100 million SMB owners. It enables them to transition from labor-intensive manual engagement to automated revenue growth, streamlining the entire sales process from initial lead generation to fostering loyal customers, often with a setup time as short as 30 seconds.
The core of Chatfuel’s solution is a plug-and-play AI agent capable of capturing leads directly from social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This agent then qualifies these leads, schedules bookings, and sends timely reminders, effectively preventing client loss due to missed messages. Furthermore, the system is designed to drive upselling through consistent follow-ups, addressing a critical challenge that 27% of SMBs currently face.
