William Rozé Departs Capgemini, Successor to be Announced

Paris, France – Capgemini announced today, August 1, 2025, the departure of William Rozé, who served as the CEO of Capgemini Engineering and was a member of the Group Executive Board. Rozé’s decision to leave the company, effective July 31, 2025, is driven by his desire to pursue other projects. The global leader in business and technology transformation confirmed that a successor for Rozé’s pivotal role will be named in the upcoming weeks.

Aiman Ezzat, Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini, expressed his gratitude for Rozé’s impactful tenure. “I would like to thank William for his contribution to the Group in building Capgemini Engineering into the market leader that it is today,” Ezzat stated. He further highlighted Rozé’s crucial role in facilitating the integration of Altran, an acquisition that significantly bolstered Capgemini’s capabilities and supported its ambition to become a global leader in Intelligent Industry.
