VIBE 2025 Summit Targets 48-Hour AI Deployment for Industry Transformation

TLDR: VIBE 2025, the world’s first summit dedicated to vertical AI, is set to revolutionize industry-specific AI adoption by enabling real-world AI pilot deployments within a 48-hour timeframe. Co-hosted by Upekkha and SaaSBoomi in Bengaluru on July 10-11, 2025, the event aims to convert AI ambition into actionable outcomes across sectors like banking, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Bengaluru, India – July 7, 2025 – Upekkha, a prominent India-US accelerator supporting over 100 SaaS and AI startups, in collaboration with SaaSBoomi, has announced VIBE 2025 (Vertical Intelligence & BEyond), a groundbreaking summit poised to accelerate industry-specific AI adoption. Scheduled for July 10-11, 2025, at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru, this two-day flagship event promises to transform AI concepts into tangible, real-world deployments within a mere 48 hours.

The core promise of VIBE 2025 is audacious yet clear: ‘Walk in with a problem statement, walk out with a working AI pilot in 48 hours.’ This mission underscores the event’s commitment to converting AI ambition into actionable outcomes, moving beyond mere hype. Prasanna Krishnamoorthy, Convener, VIBE & Partner, Upekkha, emphasized this, stating, ‘AI hype is cheap. Outcomes are priceless. At VIBE, a banker, a healthcare firm, or a manufacturer can frame a real problem on Day 1 and see a functional AI first pilot in forty eight hours.’

A key feature of the summit is the ‘VIBE Pilots,’ touted as the world’s first AI pilot festival. This innovative 24-hour sprint invites enterprise leaders to present live challenges stemming from their strategic priorities. Pre-selected AI startups will then build working prototypes to address these challenges, with CXOs providing immediate feedback. These pilots are designed to directly lead to partnerships and deployments, covering diverse applications from fraud detection in finance to inventory management in retail.

The event is set to be a significant gathering, bringing together over 200 AI-native startups and more than 100 CXOs and investors. Thiyagarajan Maruthavanan, Convener, VIBE & Partner, Upekkha, highlighted the strategic importance, noting, ‘AI destroyed the junior developer market and built one of the fastest categories in history, from nothing to $1.6B in ARR in AI coding in under a year. It is coming for verticals next. We are bringing 200 startups and 100 CxOs to VIBE Summit to shape how to navigate this.’

VIBE 2025 will feature a robust agenda with over 20 sessions and 50 speakers. Headline voices include Shekhar Kirani (Accel) and Pratik Pal (Tata Group), who will discuss India’s projected $50 billion AI opportunity, and Shankar Maruwada (EkStep, Aadhaar), focusing on India as the AI use-case capital. Leaders from major corporations such as Renault Nissan, ABB, Airbus, and Accenture are slated to cover AI applications in manufacturing.

Sector-specific sessions, known as VIBE Pilots, will span critical industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, health, energy, space, and consumer-tech. The summit will also host the VIBE Awards, recognizing AI deployments that have already generated significant revenue and impact.

Beyond the main sessions, closed-door CXO dinners and boardroom workshops will facilitate deep dives into crucial topics like data governance, regulation, and comprehensive AI strategy. Avinash Raghava, CEO, SaaSBoomi, underscored the urgency and practical approach of the summit: ‘Satya Nadella recently called India ‘the AI use-case capital of the world.’ VIBE 2025 turns that headline into a market by matching domain pain-points with AI talent and capital in real time. We don’t need another 10-year transformation roadmap. We need an AI pilot that proves itself in 10 hours. VIBE is where we’re making it happen.’
