A key driver for this transformation was the need to comply with multi-GAAP reporting across various geographies, a complex challenge for a global entity like UiPath. By transitioning to the cloud, UiPath can now effectively connect previously fragmented systems, significantly reduce the time and resources expended on billing cycles, and simplify intricate multi-GAAP reporting processes. This includes critical functions such as order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, finance, procurement, and human resources.

The implementation showcased remarkable efficiency, achieving a 93% “clean core” in solution design and an 88% clean core across the overall implementation. These high scores reflect UiPath’s dedication to adopting SAP’s best practices and minimizing custom code, which is crucial for ensuring long-term agility and facilitating ease of innovation. The project was delivered on time and within scope, a testament to the collaborative efforts between UiPath and SAP.
