TLDR: TrinityP3 has revamped its Agency Register by integrating AI technology, specifically the Claude LLM, to enable marketers to more efficiently identify and select suitable agencies for their needs. This update aims to democratize agency search, addressing challenges marketers face in managing pitches and finding appropriate partners.
TrinityP3, a global marketing management consultancy, has announced a significant overhaul of its long-standing Agency Register, incorporating advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities to revolutionize how marketers identify and engage with potential agency partners. The enhanced platform, powered by the Claude Large Language Model (LLM), is designed to streamline the agency selection process, offering marketers a more efficient and comprehensive tool for their pitching needs.
For years, TrinityP3’s Agency Register has served as a vital internal resource for its consultants, housing a vast database of thousands of agencies with detailed information on their offices, key personnel, ownership, size, clients, capabilities, awards, and values. Now, this wealth of information is being ‘democratized’ for marketers who often grapple with the complexities of agency selection.
Darren Woolley, CEO of TrinityP3, highlighted the core problems the new AI-powered register aims to solve: ‘Our experience shows two major problems for marketers running their own pitch: they underestimate the time and resources required to manage a pitch and how disruptive this is to the marketing business. And they have real difficulty identifying suitable agencies to invite for tender.’ The new system directly addresses the latter by allowing marketers to use natural language AI search to align their requirements with agencies’ capabilities, without disclosing sensitive commercial information.
The process is straightforward: marketers can input their specific project requirements, such as desired agency size, experience, and location. The AI portal then generates a list of relevant agencies, which marketers can further refine and evaluate. While the AI provides a powerful initial filter, Woolley emphasized that the tool is not intended to replace the role of pitch consultants entirely, especially for larger and more complex pitches where human validation and strategic oversight remain crucial.

Agencies can continue to register their profiles on the TrinityP3 Agency Register for free. The platform also offers optional subscription services for agencies seeking increased visibility and success, including profile validation by a TrinityP3 consultant. For marketers, clients will be able to issue a set number of prompts per month for a monthly fee to access the AI search functionality. The AI’s responses are determined by the Claude LLM based on the information provided by the registered agencies, ensuring an objective matching process. This initiative reflects a growing trend in the marketing industry to leverage AI for enhanced efficiency and decision-making.
