In August 2023, TotalEnergies initially provided its employees with Bing Chat Enterprise, a secure AI chat solution designed for internal data. This was followed by a successful test phase in September 2023 involving 300 employees, which yielded positive results. Consequently, TotalEnergies decided to roll out Copilot for Microsoft 365 across its operations, aiming for improved operational efficiency and greater user comfort. Concurrently, the company equipped its teams with Microsoft Power Platform licenses, enabling them to develop digital applications using ‘low code-no code’ services, thereby fostering autonomy and rapid problem-solving.
