The state-of-the-art facility, situated across the top two floors of Kalyani Trident, is meticulously designed to inspire creativity and collaboration among its teams. It boasts dynamic collaboration spaces, cutting-edge workstations, and comprehensive training facilities aimed at promoting continuous learning and professional advancement. The center also features a dedicated ‘history wall’ celebrating The Hartford’s rich heritage.
Shekar Pannala, The Hartford’s Chief Information Officer, emphasized the strategic importance of this new center, stating, “The true strength of The Hartford has always been its people. By building on our world-class workforce with this technology center in Hyderabad, we are not only creating new digital and AI capabilities but also shaping the future of insurance technology. Hyderabad was chosen as the location for this pivotal center due to its vibrant technology ecosystem, its diverse and highly skilled technology workforce, and its established reputation as a global innovation hub. This new office is an integral part of The Hartford’s forward-thinking strategy to develop a robust global technology team, accelerate engineering capabilities, and scale its development centers across key international locations. It will work in conjunction with The Hartford’s existing U.S. technology centers located in Hartford, Connecticut; Chicago, Illinois; and Charlotte, North Carolina, thereby bolstering the company’s overarching innovation agenda.
