This collaboration aims to accelerate AI-driven innovation, enabling financial institutions to explore advanced AI capabilities, co-create tailored solutions, and prototype transformative applications using Google’s Gemini models and Agentspace technologies.

MUMBAI, August 22, 2025 – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has officially launched a cutting-edge Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre. This new facility is strategically located at TCS’ Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Innovation Lab in Bengaluru, India. The initiative is designed to empower financial institutions by providing a dedicated space to explore advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, co-create bespoke solutions, and rapidly prototype transformative applications.

The center integrates TCS’ extensive domain knowledge and contextual industry expertise with Google Cloud’s comprehensive suite of innovative technologies. A primary focus of this collaboration is to develop ‘agentic AI-powered solutions’ that will enhance agility, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver unparalleled personalization and operational efficiency within the BFSI sector. Customers will have direct access to Google’s advanced Gemini models and Agentspace technologies, complemented by TCS’ pioneering AI platforms.

Victor Morales, Vice President, Global System Integrators Partnerships, Google Cloud, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating, “Our collaboration with TCS, highlighted by the new Google Cloud Gemini Experience Center, underscores our commitment to empowering financial institutions with advanced AI capabilities. By combining Google Cloud’s innovative technologies with TCS’ deep industry expertise, we are enabling BFSI customers to accelerate digital transformation, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiencies through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.”

The partnership is expected to significantly accelerate digitization and intelligent automation for financial institutions through the adoption of Agentic AI. This includes the development of AI-powered contact center agents capable of providing real-time call guidance, business insights, and sentiment analysis, thereby elevating service standards. Furthermore, the collaboration aims to streamline software development processes by leveraging AI-driven tools across all stages, from business requirements gathering to design, testing, and deployment.

Susheel Vasudevan, President BFSI Americas, TCS, highlighted the platform’s potential: “Our collaboration with Google Cloud offers a robust platform for BFSI enterprises to innovate at scale and adopt advanced AI capabilities. As BFSI firms increasingly look to integrate human expertise with AI agents, our deep domain and AI led engineering capabilities will help deliver high value solutions across customer servicing, business decision workflows and back-office Operations. With the growing demand for these hyper-personalized services coupled with integrated decision-making and enhanced security, this partnership positions BFSI firms to lead the future of financial technology with confidence.”

Clients at the new center will also gain access to the TCS BaNCS™ suite of solutions on Google Cloud, facilitating integrated banking decisions and fostering frictionless, personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints. TCS and Google plan to expand these AI-powered BFSI offerings to other TCS innovation labs and hub locations globally, with TCS Pace Port™ London being the first international expansion later this year.

Krishna Mohan, Vice President and Global Head, Cloud Unit, TCS, reiterated the transformative impact: “By harnessing the full potential of Google Cloud, our Gemini Experience Center empowers BFSI organizations to shorten delivery cycles and reimagine customer experiences.
