Suzhou Hosts 7th AI Product & Application Expo, Driving Innovation in Artificial Intelligence

Suzhou, China – The 7th AI Product & Application Expo, widely recognized as the 2025 AI Expo, officially opened its doors on July 28, 2025, in Suzhou. This significant event, orchestrated by the New Generation AI Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (AITISA), is a pivotal gathering for the artificial intelligence sector, focusing on critical areas including embodied intelligence, digital transformation, and industrial AI. The expo’s agenda is packed with a diverse array of exhibitions, insightful forums, and strategic matchmaking sessions, all designed to cultivate industry collaboration, expedite technological breakthroughs, and stimulate cross-sector innovation, thereby influencing the future trajectory and evolution of the AI industry.

During the opening ceremony, three influential industry reports were unveiled: the ‘Annual Report on New Generation AI Development (2024–2025)’, the ‘China Urban AI Development Index Report (2024–2025)’, and the ‘AI Industry Investment Trends and Development Report’. These publications are expected to serve as crucial benchmarks for monitoring the progress and development of China’s burgeoning AI ecosystem.

In addition to the reports, the Expo hosted a recognition ceremony for the ‘2025 AI Technology Leadership Talent Settlement Projects’. Awards were also presented for the ‘3rd AI Product & Application Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition’ and the ‘2nd Zu Chongzhi Award for Frontier Innovation in Artificial Intelligence’, celebrating significant achievements and promising new ventures in the field.

The event also featured over 20 high-profile product launches at its new release showcase, demonstrating the latest advancements in AI technology. A new ‘Black Tech’ experience zone was introduced, where more than 20 companies showcased over 200 cutting-edge technologies in an immersive demonstration space. This zone uniquely offered on-site purchasing options, directly connecting innovative technology with consumer engagement.

To further regional integration and collaboration, the 2025 AI Expo expanded its partnership with Shanghai’s World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC). This collaboration aims to promote talent exchange, facilitate scenario-based AI deployment, and foster shared resource strategies across the Yangtze River Delta, solidifying Suzhou’s position as a national leader in AI+ application deployment.
