Stibo Systems, a global leader in master data management (MDM), announced on July 23, 2025, the rollout of new AI-powered features integrated into its solutions. These advancements are designed to streamline core data operations, significantly reduce manual workloads, and bolster the quality and reliability of enterprise data, especially for AI applications. The new features are already being utilized by select global customers.
Neda Nia, Chief Product Officer at Stibo Systems, emphasized the strategic importance of these innovations, stating, “Today’s enterprises are navigating massive volumes of data and increasing pressures to scale operations without adding complexity. We’re embedding AI directly into the workflows our customers, making it easier to drive greater efficiency and scalability.” This move aims to enable enterprises to operate faster, with improved accuracy, and with increased confidence as AI adoption becomes increasingly critical across industries.
The newly introduced features address several key customer priorities:
Enhanced Matching with AI and Machine Learning (ML): This capability simplifies the complex process of matching and deduplicating customer records within the Customer Experience Data Cloud. Utilizing pre-trained neural networks, intuitive rule training, and continuous learning from steward feedback, these AI-enabled features are designed to minimize manual review cycles and enhance match precision, ultimately providing a more complete view of the customer.
Product Description Generation & Text Translation: The Stibo Intelligent Assistant (SIA) now empowers customers to automatically generate SEO-optimized, branded product descriptions and translate them across various markets at scale. This functionality is expected to improve consistency, accelerate time-to-market for products, and free up content teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than manual writing tasks.

AI-Powered Data Quality Accelerator: SIA also incorporates an AI-driven data quality accelerator. This tool uses natural language prompts to define and enforce business rules, such as detecting spelling errors, identifying banned terms, or flagging inappropriate language within product descriptions. This automation of product attribute mapping across systems and suppliers helps accelerate onboarding and ensures consistent, high-quality data. Stibo Systems reported that in the first quarter of 2025, its AI automatically handled nearly three out of every four product data mappings, demonstrating significant efficiency gains.
